Celtic Monsters Part 1

Since so much of what we know as Halloween comes from Ireland, I thought it appropriate to examine some legends of monsters from there and thereabouts. Share your favorite legends on our Facebook page, Twitter @HalloweenHaunt, our Google+ page, or HalloweenHaunt.wordpress.com.

Read more about all of the monsters at Irish Central. TheFullFang will tell you more about Dearg Due. Dullahan has its own website, and a Wikipedia page. Find out more about Balor at Encyclopedia Mythica and Wikipedia.

Hello my spooky friend. thats a good choice for your first episode for this year. still the ginger snaps movies are about werewolves ( lycanthropes) you’d like them alot aso the Lost boys movies are about vampires. Until we talk again Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid.

    • Thank you, Count T,

I can’t guarantee a Ginger Snaps episode, however we will have a bit about werewolves of a sort. “Lost Boys” is very popular; I will take that subject under advisement.
